Frequently asked questions
Ordering, samples, documents and technical support — the questions export buyers ask us most.
1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For trial orders we accept 1 metric ton per grade. Stock grades ship within 5 working days; made-to-order grades within 15 days. Most customers start with a 20 ft container (20-22 MT) once the jar test is confirmed.
2. Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We provide 1-2 kg of product free of charge, freight collect. Samples are taken from the same production batch as your future order, and a jar test report accompanies every sample.
3. How do I know which grade fits my water?
Send us your water analysis (pH, turbidity, colour, COD, fluoride, flow rate) or a 1-2 L water sample. Our lab runs a gradient jar test and returns a bench report with recommended grade, dosing point and dosage curve - free of charge.
4. What are your lead time and shipping terms?
Stock grades ship in 5 working days, custom grades in about 15 days. We ship FOB Qingdao, Shanghai or Tianjin; CFR and CIF are available. Liquid products go in 200 L drums or 1000 L IBCs, powders in 25 kg bags or jumbo bags.
5. What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy for new customers. Irrevocable L/C at sight is available for established buyers. Trade assurance orders are welcome.
6. Which documents come with the shipment?
Every shipment includes COA (certificate of analysis), MSDS, TDS, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. SGS or Intertek third-party inspection can be arranged before loading on request.
7. Do you support OEM or private label?
Yes. We can ship in neutral packaging or print your brand and design on bags and drums, subject to a minimum order per grade. Our engineers can also adjust the formulation to your local water characteristics.
8. How do you control quality?
Each production batch is tested in our laboratory against the TDS parameters (solid content, molecular weight, charge, insolubles) and released only with a batch COA. Retained samples are kept for 12 months for traceability.
